How many processes fit in one account?

As many as the company has: each process is a funnel, and the same project can go through several funnels. Sales, purchasing, HR, customer service and operations live in the same account, each with its own rules.

Does customizing cost extra?

No. No feature is locked by plan. Whoever builds funnels, forms, automations and agents uses the Managerial role (R$ 119/month); whoever only executes, the Operational role (R$ 35/month). There is no implementation sold separately.

What if I don't want to build it myself?

In the 30-minute meeting, the team builds on screen the flow of the process you described and shows the price for your team.

Is Olie Flow AI customizable?

Yes, entirely. The platform is made of blocks (funnels, steps, forms, rules, automations, AI agents and roles) that each company combines to build its own processes, as many as it wants, in the same account. Building is no-code, by configuration; for more complex rules and content there is an advanced syntax with expressions, plus API, webhook and MCP to integrate systems. No feature is locked by plan.
