Platform data stays in Brazil (AWS São Paulo). AI agent processing happens in the United States, at the model providers. The WhatsApp managed by the platform runs in Europe. This is here because it matters for your data policy.
Daily, kept for 30 days
Daily backup of the environment, with 30-day retention. When a subscription ends, the account goes into read-only mode for about 30 days: everyone sees everything, nobody edits, and you export whatever you need.
Optional second factor and attempt limit
Per-user second authentication factor, corporate alias for login and a limit of 8 login attempts per minute per user or IP address. Login at olie.ai/login; each account on its own subdomain.
The role says what; funnel access says where
You build the role with the permissions you want; the type (Operational, Managerial, Partner) is calculated from the permissions. Funnel access limits where the person works, and when role and funnel disagree, the funnel's governance prevails. Cost and revenue have a double lock. An inactive user doesn't take up a license.
Who did what, and when
Each project keeps an edit and movement log. Each automation keeps its run record (trigger, conditions, actions, error). Each AI run keeps the model, tokens, cost, input and output. The step rule applies to everyone, including the administrator.
The agent acts with the permissions you give it
An AI agent only reads and writes where its role allows. Every run goes into the statement, with the input and output text. If the agent fails, the failure route sends the project to human review. Credit permissions are separate: seeing the balance and buying are different things.
Conversations recorded in the company
Three ways to connect: the official WhatsApp Business API, an intermediary service or a connection hosted by the platform. The message becomes project content, with date, time and owner; it doesn't stay on anyone's phone. The channel intake webhook is identified by its own token.
Limits per identity
REST API with about 200 endpoints and 160 requests per minute per user or application, which can be raised per company. MCP with 160 per minute per user. Public form with 60 per minute. Each application has its own bucket; one's usage doesn't reduce another's.
Export at any time
Any form exports to a spreadsheet; the Partner role has the full export. No lock-in on the monthly plan. If you leave, the ~30-day read-only window exists so you can take what is yours.
