Integrations — The ERP is still the ERP. Olie talks to it by the rules.
Nobody switches ERPs to adopt Olie. Data comes in and goes out through four doors: an open REST API with about 200 endpoints, MCP for ChatGPT and Claude, webhooks triggered by automation and WhatsApp Business as a channel. Plus public forms and spreadsheets for those coming in without a system.

The owner asks ChatGPT or Claude: "how is project 412 going?" The answer comes from Olie.
MCP connects Olie to assistants. Query projects, analyze forms, logs and data, ask for trends and create recurring tasks. The official ChatGPT plugin uses the same door.

The automation notifies the outside system at the right moment. The website creates the project in the funnel.
Webhook and email are automation actions: the project entered "Invoice", the ERP receives it. The public form embedded in the website creates the project with its source recorded. Spreadsheet import and export (.xlsx up to 50 MB) for those coming in without a system.

Import cards from a spreadsheet into the funnel and export the whole project list or just what is filtered. It is the way to migrate from another tool, update in bulk and hand numbers to those who live in Excel.
