Not everyone needs to configure. But everyone needs to execute.
The role is calculated from what the person does, not by a padlock: giving someone permission to edit pipelines moves that person up to Managerial; taking it away moves them down.

How billing works.

Questions about pricing and billing.
I'm a sole proprietor or freelancer: how much do I pay?
R$ 199 per month: 1 Partner role, the account owner, with everything included (pipelines, forms, automations, AI agents, API and up to 5 WhatsApp numbers). Every account needs at least one Partner. When someone joins the team, you add that person's role. AI agents use prepaid credits, billed separately.
Is there any feature that only shows up on a more expensive plan?
No. Every feature is available to every customer. What changes the price is each person's role: those who execute, those who configure and the account owner.
Do I need to pay for setup or an entry fee?
No. You pick a ready-made template in the Marketplace and get started. The subscription is the sum of the licenses by role.
How do I know who needs to be Managerial?
Whoever will create or change pipelines, forms, automations and agents. In most companies, that is one or two people per department. Everyone else executes.
Can I change someone's role later?
Yes. Change the permissions and the role adjusts. If it goes up, you pay the prorated difference. If it goes down, it applies at the next renewal.
What if I want to cancel?
On the monthly plan, you cancel and it stops at the end of the cycle. The account stays in read-only mode for about 30 days so you can export your data.
Is there a discount for many users?
Yes, the discount grows with volume and is applied to the total. Over 100 users, book a meeting with the team.
