The three roles
You grant the permissions; the platform sets the role. Giving someone permission to edit funnels moves that person up to Managerial. Taking it away moves them down.

How billing works
Full access during the trial. If you don't subscribe, the account stays in read-only mode for about 30 days, so you can export whatever you need.
Renews every month. Cancel, and it stops at the end of the cycle.
The discount applies to the initial subscription. Users added later and the renewal are at full price.
Card details stay with the payment provider, not with Olie.
An upgrade generates a prorated invoice and unlocks immediately. A downgrade applies at the next renewal.
An inactive user doesn't take up a license. Swap the person without changing the account.
Prepaid, with a statement per run and optional auto top-up. Zero balance stops new runs; the ones in progress finish.
Each referred company that subscribes to the annual plan gives you R$ 199 in AI credit. Up to 3 referrals.
Talk to sales. The volume discount is applied to the total.
